2. Does Your club have a Membership Committee?
If your club does not have one, you want to consider forming one. It is sometimes much easier to have a team when it comes to what the impact of this role has the potential to be in your club. We recommend trying to get a diverse group together. Such as including newer members and older members to get a diverse perspective.

The most successful clubs have a plan to grow and maintain their club's membership. Watch the presentation below to get some ideas, and there are worksheets and materials below that you can look at to help you formulate this. We also recommend that your plan design encompasses more than 1 year because this can make your plan more effective and provide stability to your membership goals.
4. Does Your Club Have An Orientation Program?
It is critically important that you have a consistent program to onboard new members to your club. They need to know and feel that it is a special achievement to be a part of a Lion's Club. A good onboarding process makes a person feel welcomed and part of the group. It may also encourage them to want to stay for a long time.
