Don't Be A Squasher!

A common thread in why people leave the Lions or stop participating has to do with the environment within the club. This is because they do not feel appreciated or feel as though they cannot have a voice within the group. It's easy to throw doubt on a new idea, or one that may have been done on the past. It's not easy to motivate people who have been squashed time and again, or keep them. And we need to reverse that trend.  Don't be a squasher!
